| BOOKING PITCH, MOBILE HOME or CHALET 1 - The reservation request must have your signature and be accompanied by the down payment. All rentals are in your name and may not be transferred. Please give us the full name of all participants and the age of the children. 2 - The balance will be paid on the day of arrival. Any stay started is due in full according to the dates shown on the contract. 3 - In the case of a cancellation 30 days before the planned date of arrival, the deposit will be returned less an administrative fee: €25. RENTAL MOBILE HOMES or CHALET 1 - Rental requests cannot be less than a week in high season. Each rental week starts on Saturday at 4pm and ends on Saturday at 10am. The maximum capacity of the lodging is 6 people and a single vehicle per pitch. The price includes supply of the mobile home, heating, dishes and kitchen equipment, 2 blankets per bed (sheets not supplied). Sheet rentals (3 beds): €20 2 - Animals: not allowed in rentals. 3 - Rentals remain reserved for 24 hours. After this time, without written notification, they will no longer be held and any payments made will be forfeited. 4 - A deposit of €150 (€300 for chalets) will be requested at your arrival and returned after checking of the inventory and the cleanliness of the rental. You are responsible for cleaning the rental. If the cleaning has not been done properly, a sum of €70 (€120 for chalets) will be retained from your initial deposit. Deposits will be returned on departure or within 8 days less any charges for missing items or damage. 5 - The payment of the balance for stays starting between the 1st of July and the 30th of August must be made 1 month before the start of the rental. ENTRANCE TOKEN On reception of the reservation request, an entrance token to be handed in at reception will be sent to you. If you will be late, please notify us. |
